ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT #19-24, SITE PLAN REVIEW #4-24, AND TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #2-24 AT 1031 MAGNOLIA AVENUE On July 7, 2026, the continued public hearing for Environmental Assessment #19-24; Site Plan Review #4-24; and Tentative Parcel Map #2-24 for the construction of four (4) three-story condominium units in the Medium Density Multi-Family Residential (R-3) zone portion of a split-zoned R-3 and Single-Family Residential (R-1) property at 1031 Magnolia Avenue was not heard and will be rescheduled to another date due to a lack of quorum; two Commissioners had excused absences and one Commissioner had a conflict of interest. City Council Action: No City Council action required.

FINDING OF CONFORMANCE WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN REQUESTED BY LOS ANGELES COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS FOR AIN 6106-036-902 AND 6106-036-905 (SOUTHWEST CORNER OF ARTESIA BOULEVARD AND NORMANDIE AVENUE) On July 7, 2026, the Planning and Environmental Quality Commission reviewed a request from Los Angeles County Public Works to determine that the proposed sale of parcels AIN 6106-036-902 and 6106-036-905 to Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) to allow for the construction of an engineered cover over the Haach and Cooper Sumps, perimeter vapor control and treatment system, and perimeter storm water drainage is The Planning and Environmental Quality Commission made the finding of conformance and adopted Resolution No. PC 8-26, by a vote of 3-0, with two commissioners absent, determining that the proposed use such determination is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines. City Council Action: Receive and file.
