Adopt a City Council Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION\nOF THE CITY COUNCIL, PURSUANT TO THE LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ACT OF\n1972, PART 2, DIVISION 15, OF THE CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE,\nDECLARING THE CITY’S INTENTION TO FORM THE ANTIQUE STREETLIGHT\nDISTRICT; APPROVE PRELIMINARY ENGINEER’S REPORT TO LEVY AND COLLECT\nANNUAL ASSESSMENTS RELATED THERETO COMMENCING FISCAL YEAR\n2023/2024, AND CALLING FOR A PROPERTY OWNER PROTEST PROCEEDING TO\nSUBMIT TO THE QUALIFIED PROPERTY OWNERS THE QUESTION OF FORMING\nSUCH DISTRICT, LEVYING AND COLLECTING ASSESSMENTS, AND ESTABLISHING\nAN ASSESSMENT RANGE FORMULA FOR SAID DISTRICT PURSUANT TO THE\nPROVISIONS OF THE CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION, ARTICLE XIIID”; 2.
