Approve the five-year contract with MRC to replace 13 of the\nCity’s existing multifunction printers and add an additional five to cover the rest of the City’s\noffsite divisions in the amount of $55,238.76 per fiscal year; and 2. Approve a supplemental\nappropriation from the Technology Fund in the amount of $16,630.

15. Consideration of a Resolution Approving Acquisition of Real Property located at 1762 Dale\nRoad and Authorizing the appropriation of $5,000,000\nCITY/AUTHORITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Adopt a City Council Resolution entitled, "A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE\nEXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY\nDESCRIBED AS 1762 DALE ROAD (ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 8631-013-023)\nFROM DAVID YOUNGMAN AND ISABELLE YOUNGMAN & FINDING SUCH\nACQUISITION EXEMPT FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CALIFORNIA\nENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT;" 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the\ndocuments necessary to complete the acquisition of the property identified as APN 8631-013-\n023; and 3.
