Award the contract for Construction Management and\nInspection Services of Bennett Ave., Washington Ave., Westridge Ave., and Bender Ave. Water\nand Street Improvements, Plan No. 1338 & 1339, to TKE Engineering, Inc. in the amount of\n$172,266; 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement with Gentry\nBrothers, Inc., including minimal and/or non-substantive changes; and 3. Award contract service agreements to Big Ben Engineering,\nBig Sky Electric, CPC Systems, Inc., General Pump Company, Inc., J. De Sigio Construction,\nInc., Mladin Buntich Construction, and T.E. Roberts, Inc., for on-call emergency and\nmaintenance services for the City of Glendora Water Infrastructure as outline in table below; 2.\nAuthorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreements including minimal and/or\nnon-substantive changes; and 3. A Public Hearing to tabulate Proposition 218 Ballots and, if no Majority Protest Exists, consider\nadoption of Resolution Confirming the Formation of the Antique Street Lights Assessment\nDistrict\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: Conduct a Public Hearing upon the proposed Antique Streetlight\nAssessment and consider all objections and protests, whether written or oral and direct staff to\ntabulate the Proposition 218 Ballots for the parcels within the Antique Streetlight District, and\nconsider the following: 1. Adopt Resolution Declaring the Results of the Property Owner Protest\nBallot Proceeding conducted for the Levy of Assessments related to the Formation of the Antique\nStreetlight District; and, 2.
