Approve a contract with Granicus, LLC for design upgrades,\nconfiguration, training, support maintenance, monitoring, and cloud data storage for the City's\nwebsite for three years, with two additional one-year renewal options in an amount not to\nexceed $366,730; 2. Approve an increase in annual fees for three (3) years, plus two (2)\nadditional one (1) year terms for engagement monitoring services, enhanced cloud data storage,\nand support for online forms licensing, in an amount not to exceed $339,729.23 contract sum;\n3.
