Approve a contract with PlaceWorks, Inc. for technical planning assistance to develop a Glendora\nStation Area Vision Plan to build community consensus towards a preferred development scenario,\nmake code recommendations, and provide model design standards in the form of a vision plan to\naccommodate housing in the area within the ½ mile radius around the Glendora Metro Station area for\nan amount not to exceed $179,977 plus a 10% contingency of $17,998 for a total not-to-exceed\namount of $197,975 (Project # PLN22-0059)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1.
