Continued Public Hearing considering an Ordinance amending the Glendora Municipal Code to\nbring it into compliance with State law and streamline construction of ADU and SB 9 units\nconsistent General Plan Housing Element (File # PLN23-0035) (Continued from the April 9,\n2024 City Council meeting)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: Reopen Public Hearing, accept evidence and testimony presented,\nand in the absence of testimony to the contrary consider the following: 1. Find and determine that\nthe Proposed Ordinance is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\n(Attachment A); and 2.
