6. Consideration of Changes to the City of Glendora Community Services Commission\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Discuss and provide direction to staff on the role and authority of the\nCommunity Services Commission; and 2. Revisit the request by the Community Services Commission\nto change the frequency in which regularly scheduled Community Services Commission meetings\noccur from once a month, to the third Thursday of odd number months and provide direction.

7. Approve Amendment No. 3 with PW Golf Management to the Ground Lease Agreement for the Glen\nOaks Golf Course\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve third (3rd) renewal option commencing on July 1, 2024, and\nending on June 30, 2029; 2. Approve Amendment No. 3 with PW Golf Management to the ground lease\nto add three (3) more extension options for a total of 45 years, and to exclude from the revenue\ngenerated from “The Putt Course” for five (5) years commencing completion; and 3. Authorize the City\nManager or his designee to execute the agreement with PW Golf Management, LLC, including minimal\nand/or non-substantive changes.

First Reading and Introduction of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 5.40 and Chapter 2.18 of the\nGlendora Municipal Code and Consideration of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Between the\nCity and Glendora Chamber of Commerce for the Management and Operation of the Glendora Village\nBusiness Improvement District\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Introduce for first reading an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE\nOF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDORA, CALIFORNIA ADDING SECTION\n5.40.110 “DELEGATION OF ADMINISTRATION” TO CHAPTER 5.40 “GLENDORA VILLAGE\nBUSINESS DISTRICT,” AND AMENDING SECTION 2.18.050 “APPOINTMENT” OF CHAPTER\n2.18 “CITY BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS” OF THE GLENDORA MUNICIPAL CODE; 2.\nApprove the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City and Glendora Chamber of\nCommerce; 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)\nincluding making minor non-substantive changes; and 4. Direct staff to work to implement the\nMemorandum of Understanding (MOU) effective July 1, 2024.
