Approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreements for procuring architectural and engineering\nprofessional services between the Consultants on the Approved 2021-2026 Master On-Call Consultant\nList and the City of Glendora, extending the term of the Agreements through June 30, 2025, in an\namount not to exceed $150,000 per fiscal year for each Consultant\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreements between the\nConsultants on the approved 2021-2026 Master On-Call Consultant List and the City of Glendora,\nextending the terms thereof through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $150,000 per fiscal year\nfor each consultant; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or designee, to execute the amendments to the agreements with all the listed consultants, including minimal or non-substantive changes.

Approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Services between JMDiaz, Inc. and the City of\nGlendora dated July 13, 2021 for construction management and inspection services for Gold Line\nLight Rail Transit Phase 2B project in an amount not to exceed $396,790 per fiscal year\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Services between\nJMDiaz, Inc. and the City of Glendora dated July 13, 2021, for construction management and\ninspection services for Gold Line Light Rail Transit Phase 2B project, extending the term of the\nagreement for an additional year through July 12, 2025; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or his\ndesignee to execute Amendment No. 1, including minimal and/or non-substantive changes, and\nsubsequent extensions up to one additional one-year period.

Approve Contract Services Agreement with Tri County Pump Company for the Well 2 Pump\nRehabilitation Project in an amount not to exceed $150,000 inclusive of a 20% contingency in the\namount of $25,000 and term of 10 working days\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Award a Contract Services Agreement with the Tri County Pump\nCompany in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00 for the Well 2 Pump Rehabilitation Project inclusive\nof a 20% contingency in the amount of $25,000; and 2. Authorize the Public Works Director to execute\nany necessary contingency in an amount not to exceed twenty percent (20%) or $25,000 included\nwithin of the original contract amount; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement.

Award a Consultant Services Agreement for crossing guard services\nto All City Management Services Inc. in an amount not to exceed $280,917 annually; and 2. Authorize\nthe Police Chief to execute any necessary contingency in an amount not to exceed 5% of the original\ncontract amount; and 3. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Contract Services\nbetween Mariposa Landscapes, Inc. and the City of Glendora dated June 28, 2022, adding landscape\nmaintenance for Glendora Unified School District properties to the scope of work in an amount not to\nexceed $510,900 per year; 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment; and 3. Authorize\nthe creation of a GUSD Master Joint Use Agreement (JUA) Fund 105; and 4. Authorize an increase in\nestimated revenues and a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $510,900 in GUSD Master JUA\nFund 105; and 5.
