A\n​ uthorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1,\nincluding minimal and/or non-substantive changes; and 3. A ​ uthorize the City Manager to extend the\nterm of the agreement by two additional one-year periods.​

Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Contract Services Agreement with\nCSG Consultants extending term by one year and increasing contract amount by $250,000; 2.\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute the agreement; and 3. Authorize the Administrative Services\nFinance Division to make any necessary budgetary adjustments.
