Notice of Completion for Route 66 Sidewalk and Curb Ramp Rehabilitation Project, Plan No. 1377,\nand Lone Hill Ave Sidewalk and Curb Ramp Rehabilitation Project, Plan No. 1381\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Accept the completion of Route 66 Sidewalk and Curb Ramp\nRehabilitation Project, Plan No. 1377 and Lone Hill Ave Sidewalk and Curb Ramp Rehabilitation\nProject, Plan No. 1381 by CJ Concrete Construction, Inc.; 2. Approve the final contract amount of\n$372,884; 3. Authorize the Mayor to sign and file the Notice of Completion with the County of Los\nAngeles Registrar-Recorder; 4. Authorize the Public Works Director to release the project retention\nin the amount of $18,644.20 to CJ Concrete Construction, Inc. 35 days following recordation of the\nNotice of Completion; 5. Authorize the release of the Labor and Materials bond in the amount of\n$373,750, six months after recordation of the Notice of Completion, if no claims have been\nreceived; and 6. Approve the final contract amount of\n$223,380; 4. Authorize the Mayor to sign and file the Notice of Completion with the County of Los\nAngeles Registrar-Recorder; 5. Authorize the Public Works Director to release the project retention\nin the amount of $11,169.00 to Kalban, Inc. 35 days after the recordation of the Notice of\nCompletion; 6. Authorize the release of the Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of\n$244,680.00, six months after the recordation of the Notice of Completion, if no claims have been\nreceived; and 7. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Proposition A\nDiscretionary Incentive Grant Program Memorandum of Understanding for Collecting and\nReporting Data for the National Transit Database for Report Year 2022; and 2. Approve the\nnecessary budget adjustments to increase estimated revenues and appropriate funds to Fund 231 –\nProposition A Account 23160430.35204 in the amount of $11,485 for additional NTD funding.

8. Approve a Use Agreement between the City of Glendora and the Los Angeles County Flood\nControl District (LACFCD) required for the San Dimas Wash Trail Project\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve the Use Agreement between the City of Glendora and\nthe Los Angeles County Flood Control District (LACFCD) for the continued use of Phase 1 and the\nconstruction and operation of Phases 2 and 3 of the San Dimas Wash Trail Project; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the Use Agreement.
