Approval of a contract service agreement with RSG, Inc. for consulting services related to annexation\nof unincorporated areas within the City of Glendora's sphere of Influence (Project # PLN24-0027)\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve a contract services agreement with RSG, Inc. for\nprofessional services to assist the City to annex five remaining unincorporated areas within the City of\nGlendora’s sphere of influence; and 2. Approve a supplemental appropriation in General Fund (101)\nin the amount of $160,000; and 3. Authorize the City Manager or their designee to execute the\nagreement, including minimal and non-substantive changes.

Approve a Professional Services Agreement with EXP U.S. Services Inc. for Design Services and\nConstruction Project Management for the Glendora Avenue Water and Street Improvement Project in\nthe amount of $806,172\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Award a Professional Services Agreement to EXP U.S. Services Inc.\nfor Design Services and Construction Project Management for the Glendora Avenue Water and Street\nImprovement Project in the amount of $806,172; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee\nto execute the Agreement, including any minimal and/or non-substantive changes; and 3. Approve a\nsupplemental appropriation in Measure M Fund (234) in the amount of $242,000 and Water Capital\nFund (502) in the amount of $565,000 for this project.

Award a Professional Services Agreement to TKE Engineering Inc.\nfor design of Water and Street Improvements and Construction Project Management for Colorado\nAve, et al., in the amount of $195,225; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute\nthe agreement, including any minimal and/or non-substantive changes; and 3.
