Award an Agreement for Contract Services with Yunex, LLC for Traffic Signal\nMaintenance in an amount not to exceed Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars\n($950,000) annually during the Term or any Extended Term;\n— 2. Authorized a ten percent (10%) contingency in the amount of $95,000 annually;\nand\n— 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement.
