Award a contract services agreement (Agreement) with Thirkettle Corporation (DBA Aqua Metric Sales\nCompany) for the purchase and installation of a Sensus M420B Base Station, antenna, and coaxial cable for\nthe South Hills West Base Station location, in an amount not to exceed $54,482.12;\n— 2. Authorize a ten percent (10%) contingency in an amount of $5,448; and\n— 3.
