CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION\nSignificant exposure to litigation pursuant to the provisions of Government Code\nSection 54956.9(d)(2) and (e)(3) with regard to one potential case. The City received\na letter from Matt Gelfand, counsel for Californians for Homeownership, dated\nDecember 21, 2022, relating to the status of the City’s Housing Element, which is\navailable for public inspection at the City Clerk’s office at 21815 Pioneer Blvd.,\nHawaiian Gardens, California, during normal City Hall business hours.
