Conduct a public hearing and receive comments\non the draft substantial amendment to the 2024-2025\nAction Plan for the use of Community Development\nBlock Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment\nPartnership (HOME) funds.\n2. Adopt the amended 2024-2025 Action Plan and\nauthorize the City Manager, or designee, to submit the\nplan to the United States Department of Housing and\nUrban Development (HUD).\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to\nnegotiate, execute, and amend contracts with\nsubrecipients or professional service providers as\nnecessary to implement the CDBG and HOME projects\nidentified in the 2024-2025 Action Plan.\n4. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute, amend, and submit to HUD all plans and\ndocuments necessary to administer the 2024-2025\nCDBG and HOME programs.
