Approve the proposed second amendment to an agreement with Miller Planning\nAssociates for the preparation of the update to the Subdivision ("Title 16") and Zoning\n("Title 17") Ordinances of the Hermosa Beach Municipal Code increasing the\nnot-to-exceed amount by $30,000 resulting in a total amended not-to exceed amount of\n$287,100 (Attachment 3); and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute and the City Clerk to attest the attached second\namendment, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
