Authorize sole-source purchases of three Ford F-150 Lightning Electric Trucks in a\ncombined amount of $312,313.59 from dealerships as vehicles become available;\n2. Authorize the Director of Public Works to establish a 10 percent contingency in the\namount of $31,231 to accommodate a potential cost increase;\n3. Authorize the appropriation of $59,242 from the Equipment Replacement Fund fund\nbalance to the Public Works Administration and Engineering Division in the Equipment\nReplacement Fund; and\n4. Authorize the appropriation of $107,764 from the Equipment Replacement Fund fund\nbalance to the Police Department, Community Services Division in the Equipment\nReplacement Fund.
