Award a Professional Services Agreement with Lee Andrews Group, Inc. to provide\ncomprehensive community outreach and engagement services for civic facilities at a\nnot-to-exceed amount of $121,095 and a term ending December 31, 2025 (Attachment\n1);\n2. Authorize the City Manager to secure an additional six months of services at a\nnot-to-exceed amount of $58,285, if required;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute and the City Clerk to attest to the proposed\nagreement, subject to approval by the City Attorney; and\n4. Provide further direction on the creation of an informal civic facilities community\nadvisory group, if so desired.

Adopt a resolution (Attachment 4) declaring the City's intention to order certain\nimprovements and to levy and collect assessments within the Hermosa Beach\nLandscaping and Street Lighting District 2024-2025 for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1,\n2024, through June 30, 2025, and appointing July 09, 2024, at the hour of 6:30 p.m. in\nthe Civic Center Council Chambers as the time and place for a public hearing in relation\nthereto.
