Waive the full second reading and adopt by title only Ordinance No. 1482 of\nthe City of Hermosa Beach, California, amending various sections of the\nHermosa Beach Municipal Code to update the title and role of certain city\npersonnel and determine that the ordinance is not a project under CEQA\n(Attachment 1); and\n2.
