Resolution Authorizing the City of Highland to Enter into the Settlement\nAgreements with CVS, Allergan, Teva, Walmart and Walgreens, Agree to the\nTerms of the related State-Subdivision Agreements, and Authorize Entry into the\nRelated State-Subdivision Agreements with the Attorney General\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve Resolution No. 2023- authorizing the City of Highland to\nenter into the Settlement Agreements with CVS, Allergan, Teva, Walmart,\nand Walgreens, agree to the terms of the related State-Subdivision\nAgreements, and authorize entry into the related State-Subdivision\nAgreements with the Attorney General:\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute any necessary documents; and\n3) Authorize that these funds be allocated to the County.
