Construction Management and Inspection Services for Bid No. 2023- 06, " Citywide\nPedestrian Signal Head and Push Button Upgrades" ( Protect No. sig21001)\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\nKroone & Associates ( HKA) to\n1) Approve the proposal from Hernandez,\nprovide construction management and inspection services in the amount of\n16, 417. 50 for Bid No. 2023- 06, " Citywide Pedestrian Signal Head and\nPush Button Upgrades" ( Project No. sig21001); and\nof\n2) Authorize the City Manager to approve contract amendments up to 10%\nthe proposal amount.\nONCE THE PUBLIC HEARING IS CLOSED NO FURTHER TESTIMONY IS TAKEN.

The Current\nApplication Proposed to Revise Engineering Conditions No. 11 and No. 40 Related\nto the Timing and Method of Certain On -Site and Off -Site Improvements\nRECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission recommends that the City\nCouncil adopt Resolution No. approving revisions to Engineering\n2024- ,\nConditions of Approval No. 11 and No. 40 for Design Review Application ( DRA 20-\n006).\nCITY COUNCIL LEGISLATIVE
