5. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL TO SOLICIT PROPOSALS FROM\nQUALIFIED VENDORS TO PURCHASE TWO UTILITY SERVICE TRUCKS\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Authorize staff to proceed with the advertisement of the Request for Proposal\n(RFP) to purchase two utility trucks.

Accept an additional amount of $331,057 in Proposition 68 Groundwater funds\nfrom the California State Water Resources Control Board for the operation and\nmaintenance of Well No. 15; and\n2. 7. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL FOR AWARD OF CONTRACT TO LAN WAN\nENTERPRISE - CITYWIDE Wi-Fi PROJECT\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Award a contract to LAN WAN Enterprise in a not to exceed amount of\n$2,599,665.34 utilizing CMAS; and\n2. Authorize ongoing monthly maintenance and administration costs in the amount\nof $12,000.00 utilizing CMAS to LAN WAN Enterprise; and\n3. Authorize and appropriate $2,743,665.34 of ARPA funds to account No. 787-\n8915-499.56-41
