Authorize an expenditure of $3,129,008.35 plus applicable taxes to purchase and\ninstall of hardware and software from Motorola Solutions, Inc.; or\n2. Authorize an expenditure of $1,265,636.00 plus applicable taxes to purchase and\ninstall of hardware and software from Motorola Solutions, Inc., and $1,896,447.20\nplus applicable taxes to purchase and install of hardware and software from\nLANWAN Enterprise, Inc., for a total expenditure of $3,162,083.20 plus applicable\ntaxes; or\n3. Authorize an expenditure of $1,265,636.00 plus applicable taxes to purchase and\ninstall of hardware and software from Motorola Solutions, Inc., and direct the City\nManager to perform a Sealed Bid Process for the procurement based on certain\nspecifications and performance metrics of an Avigilon Security Video\nManagement and Access Control Solutions; and\n4. RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE STANDARD AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE\nDEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL GRANT ASSISTANCE\nPROGRAM AND THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON PARK FOR FISCAL YEAR\n2024/2025 ABC GRANT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FUNDING\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Approve the Standard Agreement with the Department of Alcoholic Beverage\nControl - Grant Assistance Program; and\n2. Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with\nthe Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control; and\n3. Authorize a budget appropriation of $40,000 to the designated account.

Adopt a resolution approving Final Parcel Map No. 84377 for the consolidation of\ntwenty-seven (27) lots into two (2) parcels on property located at 2501-2533 East\n56th Street.

Approve First Amendment Agreement to Professional Service\nAgreement with NCE for preparation of Plans, Specifications, and\nEstimate of CIP 2023-01 SB1 Street Enhancement Project; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute First Amendment Agreement.
