CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL TO PURCHASE OF AN INTEGRATED\nMOTOROLA COMPUTER-AIDED DISPATCH AND RECORD MANAGEMENT\nSYSTEM WITH A MOTOROLA SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEM AND ENTRANCE\nMANAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEM\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Authorize an expenditure of $3,179,635.35 to purchase and install the Motorola\nIntegrated Flex Suite, Command Central Aware, and Avigilon Video Security\nSystem from Motorola Solutions, Inc., along with optional cybersecurity\nprotection; or\n2. Authorize an expenditure of $1,968,447.20 to purchase and install the Avigilon\nVideo Security and Access Control System from LANWAN Enterprise, Inc.; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute the agreement for the\nselected option.
