Adopt Resolution establishing a policy that sets forth provisions to prohibit denial\nof water services to new developments that include affordable housing, and grant\npriority for affordable housing developments, as required by Government Code\nSection 65589.7.

8. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL FOR AUTHORIZATION FOR CITY\nMANAGER TO ESTABLISH BANKING ACCOUNTS TO WELLS FARGO BANK\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n2. Authorize the City Manager to re-establish a banking relationship with Wells Fargo\nBank for the City’s banking needs, open the necessary bank accounts, contract\nfor other banking services as deemed appropriate and negotiate favorable\nbanking services rates.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE DODGERS\nDREAMTEAM PROGRAM GRANT FROM THE LOS ANGELES DODGERS\nFOUNDATION FOR THE 2025 BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL SEASON AT SALT\nLAKE PARK\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Adopt a Resolution authorizing the acceptance of the Dodgers Dreamteam Grant\nfrom the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation for the 2025 Baseball season at Salt\nLake Park; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all related grant documents.\nCITY CLERK
