Authorize City Manager to adjust funding to projects and programs to reflect FY\n2025-2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME\nPartnerships Investments (HOME) entitlement allocations announcements from\nthe U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Department (HUD) to\nthe 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan prior to\nsubmission; and\nCITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENEDS

6. Authorize City Manager to execute all required documents for transmittal to HUD;\nand
