Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of\nHuntington Park and the Huntington Park Police Management Association\n(HPPMA) for the period July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2029 in substantially the\nform provided; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to finalize the MOU language to implement mutually\nagreed-upon modifications and execute the agreement once finalized.

1.\nCONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT TO THE PRINCIPIA GROUP, LLC FOR NEIGHBORHOOD\nCANVASSING SERVICES FOR BROADBAND NEEDS ASSESSMENT\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Consider awarding a Professional Services Agreement to The Principia Group,\nLLC, the only responsive bidder, for Neighborhood Canvassing Services related\nto the City’s Broadband Needs Assessment; or

Approve the purchase of two (2) 2024 Ford F-250 Super Cab trucks with Royal\nUtility Bodies, including two (2) utility body warranties, and three (3) 2024 Ford F250 Regular Cab trucks (Service/Vinyl trim) from Norm Reeves Ford in Cerritos,\nCA; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any necessary documents related to the\npurchase.

4.\nCONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL\nAGREEMENT FOR SOLID WASTE CONSULTING SERVICES\nSERVICES\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Approve a three-year Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Municipal\nWaste Solutions (MWS), with two (2) one-year options to extend, for continued\nSolid Waste and Recycling Consulting Services, including hauler compliance\noversight, quarterly financial audits, and SB 1383 implementation support, for a\ntotal not-to-exceed amount of $486,000 over a three-year term, equating to\n$162,000 per year, to be funded from Account No. 285-8050-432-56.41; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the PSA.\nCITY CLERK
