Conduct a public hearing; and\n2 Take public testimony; and\n3. Request that any City Councilmember suggesting funding changes among the\nnoted Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs, provide direction\nfrom the dais regarding the ConPlan and AAP; and\n4. Adopt the 2025-2029 Con Plan and adopt the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026 AAP –\nOption 1; and\n5. Authorize City Manager to adjust funding to projects and programs to reflect FY\n2025-2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME\nPartnerships Investments (HOME) entitlement allocations announcements from\nthe U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Department (HUD) to\nthe 2025-2029 ConPlan and 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan prior to submission;\nand\n6 Authorize City Manager to execute all required documents for transmittal to HUD\nby the due date of Thursday, July 15, 2025; and\n7.
