1.\nAPPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF WORK PERFORMED FOR CIP 2022-09 CDBG\nCHESLEY “CIRCLE” PARK PROJECT\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Approve acceptance of work performed by Green Giant Landscape, Inc. for the\nconstruction of the CIP 2022-09 CDBG Chesley “Circle” Park Project; and\n2 Authorize staff to execute the Notice of Completion (NOC) and direct the City\nClerk to file the NOC with the Los Angeles County Recorder’s Office; and\n3. Authorize release of the 5% retention to the contractor 35 days after the effective\ndate of the recordation of the NOC, provided no Stop Notices are filed within the\n35-day period.
