SA-24-93 APPROVING THE LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE IB\nRDA SUCCESSOR AGENCY IN ORDER FOR THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO PAY\nCERTAIN ENFORCEABLE OBLIGATIONS. (0418-50)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City adopt City Council Resolution No. 2024-093 and the\nSuccessor Agency adopt Resolution No. SA-24-93, each approving the proposed Loan\nAgreement between the City and the Successor Agency in order for the Successor Agency\nto pay certain enforceable obligations and administrative costs.
