(SPM) to provide labor and materials to\ncomplete the City’s Pavement Delineation Services, including signage installation on public streets\nthroughout the community, according to the City’s Traffic Management and Operations Plan (TMOP), as\nwell as increase duties of the Agreement to include installation of new street signage related to trash\npickup and street sweeping services.
