6.1 GREAT PARK BALLOON AND CAROUSEL FEES\nACTION:\n1) Approve charging Great Park Balloon admission fees as\nestablished by City Council Resolution 14-06 effective November\n1, 2024.\n2) Authorize City Manager to suspend Carousel admissions fees\nto offer a one-year promotion, effective July 1, 2024, to ride the\nGreat Park Carousel for free and at the end of the promotion,\ncontinue to promote free or discounted admissions as\nestablished by City Council Resolution 13-77, taking into\nconsideration fiscal impacts, maintenance, and quality customer\nservice.\n3) Approve a budget adjustment to reduce Fund 180 Carousel\nrevenues in the amount of $150,000 in Fiscal Year 2024-25.\n6.1
