Acceptance of the 2022‐2023 Resurfacing Program: Residential Resurfacing Project –\nPhase II; P‐1043\nDepartment: Engineering\nRecommendation: (1) Ratify changes to the original scope of work and accept the\nimprovements and maintenance responsibilities for the constructed improvements of the\n2022‐2023 Resurfacing Program: Residential Resurfacing Project – Phase II; (2) approve\nthe final construction project amount of $399,561.59 under the construction contract\nwith Vance Corporation; (3) approve final construction management and inspection\nservices contract with FCG Consultants in the amount of $76,266.06; (4) authorize the\nCity Clerk to record the Notice of Completion; and (5) authorize the Finance Director to\nrelease the 5% retention amount for the construction project.
