ASSESSMENT OF DELINQUENT SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL FEES\nRESOLUTION NO. 2023- 18: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\n\nTHE CITY OF LA HABRA HEIGHTS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND\nCONFIRMING THE REPORT OF DELINQUENT SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL\nFEES AND REQUESTING LOS ANGELES COUNTY TO PLACE SUCH\nCHARGES ON THE FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 TAX ROLL\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\nA. Overrule protests, if any, and adopt Resolution No. 2023-18 confirming\nthe report of delinquent solid waste disposal fees to become a lien\nagainst the properties as of July 10, 2023; OR\nB. Amend the charges to be assessed and placed as a lien as follows:\n_______________________, and adopt Resolution 2023-18.

APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 2023-19 TO BECOME SUBJECT TO\nUNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES\nRESOLUTION NO. 2023-19: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF LA HABRA HEIGHTS, CALIFORNIA, TO BECOME SUBJECT\nTO CALIFORNIA UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING\nPROCEDURES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\nA. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-19, becoming subject to the uniform public\nconstruction cost accounting procedures set forth in the Act including\nrepairs and maintenance contracts; AND\nB. Direct the City Manager or designee to take any action necessary for the\nCity to become subject to the uniform public construction costs\naccounting procedures set forth in the Act; AND\nC.
