A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF LA HABRA HEIGHTS APPROVING THE\nAPPLICATION FOR GRANT FUNDS FROM THE LOS\nANGELES COUNTY REGIONAL PARK AND OPEN\nSPACE DISTRICT MEASURE A ANNUAL\nALLOCATION GRANT RESOLUTION NO. 2024-32: A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF LA HABRA HEIGHTS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING\nTHE BLANKET AUTHORITY TO FILE APPLICATIONS\nFOR GRANT FUNDS FROM THE LOS ANGELES\nCOUNTY REGIONAL PARK AND OPEN SPACE\nDISTRICT FOR MEASURE A FUNDING FOR\nPROJECTS AND PROGRAMS\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that\nthe City Council:\nA. Approve the filing of an application with the District\nfor funds allocated under Section 24(b) of the 1996\nProposition for the above-named Project; and\nB. Certify that said applicant understands the\nassurances and certifications in the application\nform; and\nC. Certifies that said Applicant understands its\nobligations to operate and maintain the property(s)\nin perpetuity; and\nD. Certifies that said Applicant will sign and return,\nwithin 30 days, both copies of the project\nagreement sent by the District for authorizing\nsignature; and\nE. Approve Resolution No. 2024-32 officially\napproving the blanket authority to file applications\nfor grant funds from the Los Angeles County\nRegional Park and open space district for Measure\nA funding for projects and programs\nF.
