REPLACEMENT OF THE MAIN WATERLINE MANIFOLD AND WATER\nSPICKET VALVE REPAIR LOCATED AT THE PARK\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council\nauthorize the Finance Manager to\namend the budget for $9,407 in account\n101-450PWD-6610 for the replacement\nof the main waterline manifold which\nincluded the master valve, pressure\nregulator valve, pressure regulator\nsensor, backflow preventer, and gate valve and repair the water spicket valve\nby California Arborist Complete Tree\nCare, Inc.\n2025 03 10 ITEM #22

23. REPAIR OF SIX BROKEN SPRINKLER VALVES LOCATED AT THE PARK\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\nA. Authorize the Finance Manager to amend FY 2024-25 budget to\nincrease account 101-450PWD-6610 by $3,400 for the to repair of the\nsix broken sprinkler valves at The Park; AND\nB. Authorize the City Manager to approve the Purchase Order in\naccordance with the City’s purchasing policy; AND\nC. Authorize staff to schedule Coleman’s Landscape to complete the work.\n2025 03 10 ITEM #23

LOS ANGELES CONSERVATION CORPS LITTER ABATEMENT SERVICES\nAGREEMENT FOR FY 2024-25\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council\nauthorize the City Manager to enter into\nan agreement, in a form approved by\nthe City Attorney, with the Los Angeles\nConservation Corps for litter abatement\nservices, in an amount not to exceed the\nbudgeted $15,000.\n2025 03 10 ITEM #24
