APPROVE SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FULLERTON JOINT\nHIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF LA HABRA\nThat the City Council approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year agreement between the\nCity of La Habra (City) and the Fullerton Joint Union High School District (District) to participate in the\nSchool Resource Officer (SRO) Program at La Habra High School and Sonora High School for Fiscal Year\n2023 - 2024.

6. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS\nRELATED TO HOMELAND SECURITY TRAINING FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2022 URBAN AREAS\nSECURITY INITIATIVE (UASI) GRANT\nThat the City Council approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the City of\nAnaheim for reimbursement of costs related to Homeland Security training as outlined in the Fiscal Year\n2022 Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI) grant from September 1, 2022, through May 31, 2025.

7. APPROVE AWARD OF CONTRACT TO LEGION CONTRACTORS, INC., FOR THE VISTA\nGRANDE PARK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, CITY PROJECT NO. 2-P-22\nThat the City Council:\nA. Approve the Plans and Specifications for the Vista Grande Park Improvement Project, City Project No.\n2-P-22;\nB. Award a construction contract for the Vista Grande Park Improvement Project, City Project No. 2-P-22\nto Legion Contractors, Inc., of Irvine, California, in the amount of $9,998,043.55 and reject all other bids;\nC. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Legion Contractors, Inc., and issue a\npurchase order in the amount of $10,997,848; which includes a 10 percent contingency; and,\nD. Re-purpose and allocate additional funding in the amount of $2,612,535 from various funding sources to\nfully fund construction, inspection, and materials testing services associated with the Vista Grande Park\nImprovement Project, City Project No. 2-P-22.

8. APPROVE A FIVE-YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT WITH KONICA MINOLTA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, INC.,\nFOR COPYING/SCANNING EQUIPMENT\nThat the City Council approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a five-year lease agreement with\nKonica Minolta Business Solutions (KMBS) for the lease, installation, and maintenance of new\ncopying/scanning equipment.

9. RECEIVE AND FILE THE TREASURER'S INVESTMENT REPORT FOR QUARTER ENDING JUNE 30,\n2023\nThat the City Council receive and file the Treasurer's Investment Report for the quarter ending June 30, 2023
