Approve the Project Specifications for the Alley Improvement Project, Alleys No. 1 and No. 83, City\nProject No. 3-R-21;\nB. Award a construction contract for the Alley Improvement Project, Alleys No. 1 and No. 83, City Project\nNo. 3-R-21 to F.S. Contractors, Inc., of Sylmar, California, in the amount of $139,700 and reject all other bids;\nand,\nC. Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement with F.S. Contractors, Inc., and authorize staff to\nissue a purchase order to F.S. Contractors, Inc., in the amount of $167,640, which includes a 20 percent\ncontingency.

Authorize staff to increase Mike Bubalo Construction Co. Inc.'s Emergency Work Purchase Order from\n$750,000.00 to $888,767.58.

JUDE MEDICAL CENTER\nACCEPTING FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $85,000\nThat the City Council approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a grant agreement with Providence\nSt. Jude Medical Center accepting funding in the amount of $85,000 to fund the cost of a grant writing\nconsultant for health and wellness programs, fitness equipment for senior exercise in the Community Center\nExpansion, and a community garden project at San Miguel de Allende Park.

APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE SIXTH AMENDMENT TO\nTHE CITY'S WORKFORCE INNOVATION OPPORTUNITY ACT (WIOA) AGREEMENT FOR YOUTH\nPROGRAM SERVICES WITH THE COUNTY, CONTRACT NO.MA-012-20011848\nThat the City Council:\nA. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Sixth Amendment to the Workforce Innovation\nOpportunity Act (WIOA) Agreement for Youth Program Services with the County of Orange, increasing the\nCity's Ready S.E.T. OC program funding by $260,000 for a maximum funding of $2,440,915 for fiscal year\n2023-2024; and,\nB. Authorize the appropriation of the additional funding to the Employment & Training Division 2023-2024\nadopted budget.
