CC 2024-__ ENTITLED: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA ESTABLISHING SPEED ZONES ON CERTAIN CITY STREETS\nAND RESCINDING ALL PREVIOUS ESTABLISHED SPEED ZONES OF THOSE CERTAIN STREETS.
