2.\nAPPROVE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA MEETING MINUTES\nThat the City Council approve the City Council of the City of La Habra Minutes of November 17, 2025.

3.\nAPPROVE RESOLUTION ADOPTING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE\nPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES' GROUP\nThat the City Council APPROVE AND ADOPTION RESOLUTION NO. CC 2025-__ ENTITLED: A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A\nMEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF LA HABRA AND THE\nPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES' GROUP.

4.\nAWARD CONTRACT TO MUSCO SPORTS LIGHTING, LLC FOR THE DESIGN AND INSTALLATION\nOF\nFIELD\nLIGHTING\nAT\nTHE\nBASEBALL\nFIELDS\nAT\nPORTOLA\nPARK\nTHROUGH\nSOURCEWELL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING\nThat the City Council:\nA. Approve the waiver of the competitive bidding process per La Habra Municipal Code Section 4.20.070 (C)\nfor purchases of goods and services and authorize the use of competitively bid cooperative purchasing\nthrough Sourcewell for procurement of construction services; and\nB. Appropriate $149,344 from unencumbered funds in the Capital Development Park account for this park\nlighting project; and\nC. Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Musco Sports Lighting, LLC of Tustin, California,\nand issue a purchase order in an amount not to exceed $678,602, which includes a ten percent (10%)\ncontingency.

5.\nAPPROVE NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR VIN SCULLY CENTENNIAL PARK IMPROVEMENT\nPROJECT, CITY PROJECT NO. 2-P-22\nThat the City Council:\nA. Approve the Notice of Completion for Vin Scully Centennial Park Improvement Project, City Project No. 2-\nP-22, and authorize staff to submit the Notice of Completion for recordation; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Maintenance and Plant Establishment with Legion\nContractors, Inc. of Irvine, California, for a 90-day period.

6.\nWARRANTS: APPROVE NOS. 6750 THROUGH 6866 TOTALING $1,358,932.05\nThat the City Council approve Nos. 6750 through 6866 totaling $1,358,932.05.
