Zimmerman Engineering,\nInc. for professional consulting services; authorize the City Manager to approve an\naddendum to the existing On-Call Professional/Technical Services Agreement for\nprofessional engineering consulting services to W.G. Aquatics\nCenter Lazy River Replaster Project, to California Waters Development Inc. dba California\nWaters in the amount of $646,958; authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on\nbehalf of the City; authorize the City Manager to approve addendums to the on-call\nconsulting services agreements for construction support services in an amount not to\nexceed 20 percent of the construction cost; and authorize the City Manager to approve\nadditional work up to 20 percent of the construction contract cost.\n8.6 Splash!
