7.5 FURNISH, INSTALL, REMOVE AND MAINTAIN HOLIDAY DECORATIONS AND LIGHTS –\nREVIEW OF PROPOSALS AND AWARD OF CONTRACT TO THE CHRISTMAS LIGHT\nGUY CO. - It is recommended the City Council approve and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute an agreement with The Christmas Light Guy Co. to furnish, install, remove and\nmaintain holiday decorations and lights in the amount of $58,823.80 and authorize the City\nManager to approve additional work to The Christmas Light Guy Co., if required, for up to\n30 percent of the authorized contract amount.\n7.5 Holiday Decorations and Lights

8.1 FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE NO. 730 AND RESOLUTION NO. 23-27 APPROVING\nDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 15 AND CERTIFICATE OF COMPATIBILITY NO. 65\nTO CONSTRUCT A NEW WAREHOUSE AT 15910 VALLEY VIEW AVENUE, WITHIN THE\nINDUSTRIAL (M-2) ZONING DISTRICT - It is recommended the City Council conduct a\nPublic Hearing as prescribed by law; affirm the CEQA Exemption; adopt Resolution No. 23-\n27 approving Certificate of Compatibility No. 65 to construct a new warehouse at 15910\nValley View Avenue; and introduce for first reading Ordinance No. 730 assuring that the\nconstruction of the new warehouse will be completed under the specified terms, conditions,\nand regulations indicated within Development Agreement No. 15.\n8.1 Reso. 23-27 and Ord. 730
