8.8 REQUEST TO APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RRM\nDESIGN GROUP TO DEVELOP A CITYWIDE OBJECTIVE DESIGN STANDARDS (ODS)\nFOR RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES - It is recommended the City Council award the\ncontract for the creation of Objective Design Standards to RRM Design Group; authorize\nthe City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with RRM Design Group\nfor the completion of the City of La Mirada Objective Design Standards for Residential\nStructures, as described in the Scope of Services, in the amount of $149,941.00; and\nauthorize the City Manager to approve additional work that may be required to complete\nthe Objective Design Standards in an amount not to exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of\nthe authorized amount.\n8.8 Agreement with RRM Design Group
