8.6 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2023-01, CARPET AND FLOORING\nREPLACEMENT AT VARIOUS CITY FACILITIES - REVIEW OF BIDS AND AWARD OF\nCONTRACT - It is recommended the City Council award the contract for Capital\nImprovement Project No. 2023-01, Carpet and Flooring Replacement at Various City\nFacilities, to Rod-West Floor Covering LLC in the amount of $79,214.30; authorize the City\nManager to execute the contract on behalf of the City; and authorize the City Manager to\napprove additional work up to 20 percent of the total project construction cost.\n8.6 CIP No. 2023-01

8.7 AGREEMENT WITH THEATER DIRECT, INC.
