9.2 SECOND READING AND ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 733 ADOPTING ZONING\nORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 56, ADDING LAND USE REGULATIONS APPLICABLE\nTO MAINTENANCE OF CHICKENS IN RESIDENTIAL ZONES AND AMENDING TITLE 21\nOF THE LA MIRADA MUNICIPAL CODE (ZONING ORDINANCE), AND APPROVING AN\nEXEMPTION FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA)\nPURSUANT TO SECTION 15061(B)(3) OF THE CEQA GUIDELINES - It is recommended\nthe City Council accept for second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 733 adopting Zoning\nOrdinance Amendment No. 56 adding land use regulations applicable to chickens to Title\n21 of the La Mirada Municipal Code and approving an exemption from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA\nguidelines, by title only, and waive further reading.\n9.2 Ordinance No. 733 - Second Reading
