7.4 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2016-12, ALONDRA BOULEVARD AND\nPHOEBE AVENUE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT – APPROVAL OF\nPURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF RIGHT-OF-WAY AT\n14445 ALONDRA BOULEVARD - It is recommended the City Council authorize the City\nManager to execute the Purchase and Sale Agreement for the right-of-way and temporary\nconstruction easements on the property located at 14445 Alondra Boulevard (APN 8069-\n019-023) and authorize the City Manager to process the purchase through escrow and to\npay miscellaneous fees, expenses, insurance costs and taxes, as required.\n7.4 CIP No. 2016-12
