7.7 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2022-03, CITY HALL FOUNTAIN RENOVATION\n– REVIEW OF BIDS AND AWARD OF CONTRACT - It is recommended the City Council\naward the contract for Capital Improvement Project No. 2022-03, City Hall Fountain\nRenovation, to MLC Constructors, Inc. in the amount of $2,130,148; authorize the City\nManager to execute the contract on behalf of the City; authorize the City Manager to\napprove an agreement with Pacific Advanced Civil Engineering, Inc. for design engineering\nsupport services during construction, and to approve amendments to the existing on-call\nengineering contracts for construction management, and construction inspection and\ntesting services in an amount not to exceed 20 percent of the construction cost; and\nauthorize the City Manager to approve additional work up to 20 percent of the total project\ncost including construction, and construction testing and inspection.\n7.7 CIP No. 2022-03

8.1 FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE NO. 735 AND RESOLUTION NO. 24-19 APPROVING\nDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 19 AND A SITE PLAN REVIEW TO INSTALL AN\nELECTRONIC BILLBOARD AT 14655 FIRESTONE BOULEVARD, WITHIN THE\nFREEWAY COMMERCIAL (C-F) ZONING DISTRICT - It is recommended the City Council\nconduct a public hearing as prescribed by law; affirm the CEQA Exemption; adopt\nResolution No. 24-19 approving a Site Plan Review to install and maintain a new electronic\nbillboard at 14655 Firestone Boulevard; and introduce for first reading Ordinance No. 735\nassuring the development of the new electronic billboard will be completed under the\nspecified terms, conditions, and regulations within Development Agreement No. 19.\n8.1 Development Agreement No. 19
