7.6\nAPPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (PSA) WITH MIG TO\nPROVIDE ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR HEIGHTS CHRISTIAN\nSCHOOLS EXPANSION PROJECT – It is recommended the City Council award the\ncontract for the environmental review and studies to MIG; authorize the City Manager to\nexecute a Professional Services Agreement with MIG for the completion of environmental\nreview and studies for the Heights Christian Schools Expansion Project, as described in the\nScope of Services, in the amount of $98,870.00; and authorize the City Manager to\napprove additional work that may be required to complete the environmental review and\nstudies in an amount not to exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the authorized amount.\n7.6 Approval of Professional Svcs.
