D-3 CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 82839 AND\nSUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT\n15616 AMAR ROAD\nIt is recommended that the City Council: (1) find that Final Tract Map No. 82839 complies\nwith all of the Conditions of Approval set forth within Tentative Tract Map No. 82839; (2)\napprove the attached Subdivision Improvement Agreement and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the agreement on behalf of the City; and (3) approve the Final Map and authorize the\nCity Clerk to endorse the cover sheet of the Final Map, the certificate which embodies the\napproval of said Map for recordation with the County of Los Angeles.
